It is your right and responsibility to educate yourself in health and medical knowledge, to seek helpful information and make use of it for your own benefit, and for that of your family. Both the products issued by and the views and nutritional advice expressed by mindbodysoul are not intended to be a substitute for conventional medical care.
There are certain serious conditions that require consistent blood levels of medications. Any change in diet can cause a change in your blood absorption, and an increase or decrease of the concentration of medicine in your blood as a result. If you have an existing medical condition, take ANY prescription medications, or suspect that you have a medical problem, promptly contact your health care provider before embarking on any of the mindbodysoul programs.
We do not claim to “cure” disease, but simply help you make physical and mental choices in order to help your body heal itself. No material or product on this website is intended to suggest that you should not seek professional medical care, or that you should disregard professional medical advice.
Always work with qualified medical professionals, even as you educate yourself in the field of detox, cleansing and alternative medicine. No information offered here, or product sold on this website, should be interpreted as a diagnosis of any disease, nor an attempt to treat or prevent any disease or condition. For any products and/or services purchased from mindbodysoul, you should carefully read all product packaging and instructions. While the information on this website, and the products sold on it, are discussed in the context of numerous conditions, it can be dangerous to start any health program without first consulting your doctor. We have created three categories on this page to help you understand if the program might be a good fit for you. It is not our intention to provide medical advice. Please contact our Health Coaches if you have more questions: email@example.com.
We have had individuals complete our programs with the following health conditions, and/or while taking the following medication. However, health is complex and deeper issues may arise if you are taking medications or have a health condition and you decide to cleanse. If you have any of these existing medical conditions and are taking prescription medications, please consult with your doctor before committing to any of the mindbodysoul programs.

A cleanse may be beneficial for the conditions listed below, however, cleansing may interfere with the way medication is absorbed in the body, or may exacerbate certain conditions depending on your unique situation. It is best to consult with your doctor before getting started.
In the interim, you may follow the 21-Day Cleanse diet for 3 solid meals per day. This change in diet alone- removing alcohol, caffeine, dairy, gluten, processed foods and refined sugars while focusing on whole foods like quality proteins, healthy fats, and greens- may provide beneficial results.
