Liquid Calcium Magnesium (1:1)
Liquid Calcium Magnesium (1:1) by Integrative Therapeutics provides a 1:1 ratio of calcium citrate to magnesium with a light berry flavor. Each tablespoon provides 500 mg of calcium and magnesium in absorbable citrate form. Liquid Calcium Magnesium also contains cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) for additional support.
This formula is xylitol-free and does not contain vitamin K. A 1:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium allows proper absorption of both minerals.

Directions
Shake well before each use. Adults take 1 tablespoon (tbsp) (15 mL) Liquid Calcium Magnesium (1:1) once daily with food or as recommended by a healthcare professional. If gastrointestinal (GI) upset occurs, take 1 ½ teaspoons (tsp) (7.5 mL) twice daily with food. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. If you have kidney dysfunction or if you are taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. Some individuals may experience gastrointestinal (GI) upset while taking this product. Do not take with other magnesium-containing supplements. Keep out of reach of children.
