Flax Oil Capsules (made with organic flax seed oil)
Flax Oil Capsules, by Genestra Brands, contain a plant source of the omega-3 fatty acid alpha linolenic acid (ALA) and the omega-6 fatty acid linolenic acid (LA). ALA is metabolized to EPA and DHA.
Recent research suggests that daily supplementation with flaxseed oil for eight weeks supports healthy levels of EPA and DPA, a DHA precursor and likely storage form of EPA. Fatty acids promote cardiovascular health and support optimal skin health and hydration. ALA may help to maintain platelet and endothelial cell function.

Recommended Adult Dose
