Serving Size 1 Vegetarian Capsule:
- Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) – 800 mg
- Vitamin D3 – 25 mcg (1000 IU)
- Zinc (as zinc monomethionine) – 15 mg
Other ingredients: Â Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule) and ascorbyl palmitate
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily with a meal or as directed by one of our health coaches.
