Phosphatidylserine
Phosphatidylserine (PS) by Integrative Therapeutics is a naturally occurring phospholipid. Like other phospholipids, PS is a critical component of cell membranes, and it is found in high concentrations in the brain and nervous tissues, primarily in the cell membranes of neurons.

Other Ingredients: medium chain triglycerides, gelatin, glycerin, lipids from sunflower lecithin, purified water, preservatives to maintain freshness (ascorbyl palmitate, mixed tocopherols)
Directions
Adults swallow 1 softgel three times daily for one month, then swallow 1 softgel two times daily thereafter, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Do not chew. Best results are obtained with continuous use.
