K2 + D3 by Integrative Therapeutics provides cardiovascular and bone support with clinically studied MenaQ7® vitamin K2 plus high potency vitamin D3. The two vitamins complement one another to help the body absorb and use calcium for healthy bone support.
Vitamin K2 helps transport calcium away from the blood vessels by decreasing levels of the inactive form of Matrix Gla-Proteins (MGPs). Active MGPs bind calcium in the blood and support healthy calcium deposition in bones. (MenaQ7® is a registered trademark of Lesaffre et Compagnie, France.)

- Vitamin K2 (from MenaQ7® Vitamin K2) – 180 mcg
Other Ingredients: cellulose, plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), calcium laurate, silica
Directions
Adults take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Do not take if you are pregnant or nursing. If you have a kidney disorder, hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, blood clotting issue, or if you are taking any medications, including blood thinners, consult a healthcare professional before use. Do not take with other Vitamin D-containing supplements. Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep tightly closed.
