Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 Ubiquinol-QH 50 mg capsule, 1-2 times daily, with meals, or as directed by one of our health coach professionals.

Side Effects

Rarely, CoQ10 may cause mild gastrointestinal upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation. If pregnant or lactating, consult your physician before taking this product.
