• Bifidobacterium breve (Bb-03)
• Bifidobacterium lactis (Bb-04)
• Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14)
• Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lr-32)
• Lactobacillus plantarum (Lp-115)
• Bifidobacterium bifidum (Bb-06)

Other ingredients: hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water)

This formula requires refrigeration to maintain culture viability.

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 PureProbiotic capsule, 1-2 times daily, with or between meals, or as directed by one of our health coach professionals. Powder may be removed from capsule and mixed into cold food or beverage
