Two vegetarian capsules contain:
- Niacin (as niacinamide) – 1,000 mg
- Alpha lipoic acid (thioctic acid) – 100 mg
Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose)
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, adults take 2 capsules, 1-3 times daily, with meals, or as directed by one of our health coach professionals.
Side Effects
If pregnant or lactating, consult your physician before taking this product. There have been reports of GI upset, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness or headache with large doses. Rarely, in doses of 3 grams/day or more it has been associated with elevated liver function tests. Consult your physician for more information.
