Recommended Adult Dose
Take 25 drops Yellow Dock Combination #1 three times daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products, or as recommended by one of our health coach professionals.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes, edema (swelling of hands, face and feet), abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes or diarrhoea; or if you are taking products containing diuretics, do not use.
If you have an autoimmune disorder, AIDS and/or HIV infection, gall bladder disease, intestinal obstruction or a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis or multiple sclerosis; if you have faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever; or if you are taking immunosuppressants, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your healthcare practitioner. If you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhoea, discontinue use. Rare cases of severe allergic reactions to echinacea have been known to occur. Laxative effect may occur.
