• Zinc (as Opti-Zinc®, monomethionine) – 20 mg 
• Selenium (as selenomethionine) – 200 mcg 
• Manganese (as bisglycinate chelate) – 2 mg 
• Ashwagandha root extract – 250 mg
  (Withania somnifera standardized to 5% withanolides)
