Benefits of Ozone/Steam Sauna Session for Weight Loss

Circulation of clean, oxygen rich blood is the basic requirement for optimum health, and can be achieved by brining Ozone into the body. The ozone or O3 oxidizes the toxins and the oxygen or O2 nourishes every cell, organ, and system in the body.  Ozone works at the basic level of all bodily functions – respiration, digestion, circulation, hormone production, ATP production, immune function, reproduction and elimination.  A consistent Ozone session pattern is the foundation in achieving complete body purification. Every 30 minute session saturates the blood, skin and lymphatic system with 95% oxygen and 5% Ozone. Each completed session removes more and more toxins from the body.

By increasing the body temperature via “Hyperthermia,” each session inside the steam sauna burns between 400-600 calories. As the temperature inside increases, the body temperature increases. This causes you to begin to perspire, opening the pores. Simultaneously, Oxygen and Ozone are pumped into the capsule, and absorbed through the skin. Once through the skin, the O2 and O3 enter the capillaries just beneath the surface of the skin, flooding your body with Oxygen/Ozone. With consistent use, ozone will safely purify all the fluids of the body, including the blood. Once inside the fat, ozone oxidizes the toxins, and sweating facilitates their excretion through the skin. Saturating the body with extra oxygen causes dramatic increase in the overall Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Oxygen is the key driver for the metabolic process that is responsible for burning fat. Clean energy is produced by the Mitochondria taking in Oxygen & Glucose to produce ATP (the body’s fuel). As previously mentioned, without sufficient oxygen, the cell will lack energy and burn its sugar via anaerobic fermentation, a far less efficient method, producing only 1/19 the energy produced by aerobic oxidation. This leads to a SLOW metabolism, which means fat storage of the body. Increased oxygen intake and activity burns fat. By definition, “Aerobics” means oxygen enriched. This is the process of continual breathing and motion causing the body’s fat to be used as fuel (Ketosis).
